Information and FAQ

How do I burn a candle?

Keep your burning candle in sight and away from drafts. Always place it on a flat, heat-resistant surface when lit or melted. Keep candle away from children, pets, materials that can catch fire and other heat sources. Never move your candle while it is burning or still hot.

How do I light my wood wick candle?

Light your wooden wick candle at one end and allow the flame to flow naturally across the wick. Make sure that the top surface of the wax melts all the way to the edge of the candle before extinguishing the flame. This may take up to an hour.

Your flame height may occasionally appear to self-extinguish but even a low flame will continue to heat and the flame height should return. Your candle will perform best when lit for three to four hours; however, you should not burn a candle for more than four hours at a time.

After every use, trim the wick to 1/4 inch. Remove and discard all wick trimmings before relighting.

How long will my candle last?

Under normal circumstances, your candle will typically burn about 45-50 hours.

Why doesn't my room spray smell?

Please ensure that you shake the room sprays thoroughly before using them and avoid spraying them directly onto your body.
